Announced in December 2004, Business Bay is a proposed multi-billion Dirham Property Development that aims to create a global commercial and business centre in the heart of Dubai.
It is hoped that this new freezone will encourage multi-national and regional companies to establish local headquarters here. Based around an extension to the creek that will stretch all the way to Sheikh Zayed Road, the project will cover 64 million square feet when finished.
